On 7 November 2002 Fidelity International Limited confirmed that, following
recent transactions, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
Pendragon has increased to 7,240,677 shares, representing 12.89% of the total
issued share capital of Pendragon.

On 7 November 2002 Stan Life Nominees Limited confirmed that, following recent
transactions, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon
has increased to 4,056,609 shares, representing 7.22% of the total issued share
capital of Pendragon.
