Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of
Picton will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey,
Channel Islands on Wednesday 12 November 2014at 3.30pm.

Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders
and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
