New Contract

The board of PHSC plc are pleased to announce that their subsidiary Personnel
Health & Safety Consultants Ltd (PHSCL) has entered into a new and improved
contract with The Go-Ahead Group plc.

 
PHSCL will provide auditing and safety advisory services to The Go-Ahead Group
plc and all its subsidiaries, including bus and road operations, the integrated
Kent rail franchise, and aviation services.

 
The basic contract is worth a minimum of £345k over the three year period
concluding 28 February 2009, and will be supplemented by additional ad-hoc
services as required.
