                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING                             

The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 26 March 2010 he
purchased 800 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 0.003% of the issued
share capital of the Company, at a price of 295 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction Mr Rooney is interested in 212,490 shares,
representing 0.71% of the total shares in issue.
