                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING                             

The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 30 June 2010 he
purchased 5074 ordinary shares of 5p each for his SIPP representing 0.02% of
the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 2.63 pence per ordinary
share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 217,564 shares,
representing 0.72% of the total shares in issue.
