Further to the announcement on 15 June, the Company was also informed by Robert
Pease, that on 15 June 2010 his wife bought 1,810 ordinary shares of 5p each
("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.01% of the issued share capital at a price
of 270p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Pease is interested in 88,641 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.29% of the total issued share capital.
