The Company has been informed by Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive that on 14
October 2008 his SIPP purchased 6,124 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing
0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 235 pence per
ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 175,248 shares,
representing 0.57% of the total shares in issue.
