Parity Group plc ("Parity" or the "Company"), the UK IT services group,
announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today,
Monday 24 April 2006, called to approve the Firm Placing and the Placing and
Open Offer and Capital Reorganisation announced on 30 March 2006 to raise
approximately £14.7 million net of expenses for the Company, all resolutions
were duly passed.

as in Parity's prospectus dated 30 March 2006, unless the context requires
otherwise.
