The Company received notification on 15 November 2004 from North Atlantic Value
LLP that on 12 November 2004 North Atlantic Value LLP acquired 800,000 ordinary
5p shares in the Company , increasing its total holding in the Company to
17,633,829 ordinary 5p shares representing 6.11% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
