The Company received notification on 8 October 2004 from North Atlantic Value
LLP that on 7 October 2004 North Atlantic Value LLP acquired 2,000,000 ordinary
5p shares in the Company ('Shares'), increasing its total holding in the
Company to 10,000,000 shares representing approximately 3.46% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
