              Parity signs £8 million Cabinet Office BPO contract              

Further to the announcement of 12 November 2002 by Parity Group plc ('the
Group'), the IT services group, that it had been awarded sole Preferred Bidder
status by the Cabinet Office for a major business process outsourcing contract
worth approximately £8 million over five years from 1 April 2003, the Group
confirms that the contract has now been signed.
