                                 Result of AGM                                 

The Company announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held
earlier today, resolutions 1 to 7 were passed unanimously. Resolution 8, to
give the directors the authority to make a payment of up to £17,500 by way of
donation to the UK Independence Party, was passed following a poll being taken
(1,194,420 (votes in favour) and 688,297 (votes against)).
