Additional Listing - Scrip Dividend

The Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 10,489,077
Ordinary Shares, representing 62 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the final
dividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2012. Accordingly, the
Company has allotted, subject to admission to trading as below, 317,287 new
Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the total issued share
capital for Company will be 17,186,287 Ordinary Shares.

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock
Exchange for 317,287 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to
the operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the year
ended 31 December 2013, payable on 31 July 2013. Dealings are expected to
commence on 1 August 2013 and the shares will rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Directors' Shareholding

The following directors of the Company have elected to take the scrip dividend
and will be issued with the following Ordinary Shares on 1 August 2013:
