Director/PDMR Shareholding

                            Directors' Shareholding

The Company was notified today that, on 4 July 2008, John Doyle and Simon
Peters, both Executive Directors, each bought 2,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), at 345 pence per share. The
respective purchases were each equivalent to 0.012 per cent. of the issued
voting share capital of Company.

Following these purchases, Mr Doyle is now beneficially interested in 12,000
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.071 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company. Mr Peters is now beneficially interested in 72,000
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.427 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company.
