Transaction in own Ordinary Shares and Cancellation of Treasury Shares

28 October 2011

The Company announces that on 28 October 2011 it purchased in the market
400,000 ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 640 pence
per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 37,121,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none
of which are held in treasury.

The Company also announces that all 940,000 redeemable shares of 1p each
("Redeemable Shares") previously held in treasury have been cancelled with
immediate effect. Following this cancellation, the number of Redeemable Shares
in issue is 37,033,534, none of which are held in treasury.
