Redenomination of loan facilities

11th February 2010 PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC REDENOMINATION OF LOAN FACILITIES Pantheon International Participations PLC has today amended the terms of its syndicated £150m five year committed multicurrency revolving credit facility ("the Facility") with The Royal Bank of Scotland (as agent for the lenders). The amended Facility provides, amongst other amendments, for the split of the Facility into dollar and euro facilities of $117.4m and €85.9m respectively, with each being equal to £75m converted into sterling at the exchange rates adopted, for this purpose, as at the date of the amendment. This will allow the Company to better match drawings under the Facility with the foreign exchange profile of its expected future cash requirements. The Company has utilised some of its cash balances in order to reduce the drawn amount under the Facility. As at today's date, the Company has cash balances totalling £13.6m and drawn amounts under the Facility of $66.5m and €48.7m. The commitment fee and margin remain unchanged.
