Further to the Preliminary Announcement of Results for the period 31 December
2003 (released on at 10.50 on 10 March 2004 with reference ID
PRNUK-1003041049-67C9) and the Interim Report for the period ended 31 December
2003 dated 10 March 2004, the Company advises that the number of ordinary
shares of the Company in issue at 31 December 2003 was 21,592,964, and not, as
reported, 21,592,356.
