The Company has today been informed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, that
following a purchase of 100,000 Ordinary 67p shares on 28 July 2005, they now
have an interest in 800,000 Ordinary 67p shares of the Company, representing
3.02% of the issued class of capital.
