The Company has today been informed by Co-operative Insurance Society Limited,
that following a purchase of 49,000 Ordinary 67p shares on 26 April 2006, they
now have an interest in 798,798 Ordinary 67p shares of the Company,
representing 3.02% of the issued class of capital.
