The Company has today been informed by Miss Judith Portrait and Mr John Frank
Rosenheim that, following the reorganisation of the Company's share capital,
Miss Judith Portrait, as trustee, now has an interest in 1,365,891 Ordinary 67p
shares of the Company, representing 5.16% of the issued class of capital, and
Mr John Frank Rosenheim, as trustee, is interested in 1,230,963 Ordinary 67p
shares, representing 4.65% of the issued class of capital. The holdings of Miss
Judith Portrait and Mr John Rosenheim, as trustees, include duplications.

The Company has also been informed that Miss Judith Portrait is also deemed to
be interested, as trustee, in the holding of Innotech Investment Limited of
393,773 Ordinary 67p shares of the Company, and as a result is interested in a
total of 1,759,664 Ordinary 67p shares of the Company, representing 6.65% of
the issued class of capital.
