The Company has today been informed that following the attainment of majority
by his daughter, Mr Rhoderick Swire, a Director of the Company, is now
interested in 29,526 ordinary 67p shares of the Company, representing 0.14% of
the issued class of capital, and 5,916 Participating Loan Notes.
