Correction : Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that the Transaction in Own Shares announcement released
at 17:19 under reference PRNUK-2504131717-F925 contained the wrong number of
shares bought back for cancellation. The corrected announcement is below:

Transaction in own Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that on 25 April 2013 it purchased in the market 130,000
ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1033 pence per
share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 34,919,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none
of which are held in treasury.
