The Company was informed on 13 March 2008 that on that day Mr. Jan Nelson, the
Company's Chief Executive Officer, had sold 3 million ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company (`Shares') at 7p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Nelson retains 6 millions share options in the
Company.
