One Media is a digital music and video rights owner and recently announced the acquisition of all content from the Men & Motors TV channel which included over 1,600 hours of new programming. Additionally, One Media licenses its music content for TV shows, movies, adverts, games and websites. Clients include Disney, Ubisoft and ITV. One Media is looking at the possibility of moving to the AIM market on the back of a successful period which has seen the Company establish itself as a leading digital distributor of nostalgic video and audio content. The One Media portfolio includes a diverse range of content which spans Pavarotti and The Sex Pistols to Sooty and Bob Marley. In November 2012 One Media concluded a $2.5m deal with its worldwide distributor which gives significant operational visibility. Michael Infante, CEO and Chairman of One Media said: "It has been a very successful twelve months for One Media and a move to AIM in 2013 would give the Company access to the necessary currency for further rights acquisitions in the fragmented Netlabel sector and deliver shareholder value."
