13 May 2015 One Media iP Group PLC (`One Media') Exercise of options and issue of equity One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits intellectual property rights around music and video, announces that it has issued and allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of employee share options exercised at a price of 2.75 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made for the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on or about 8.00 a.m. on Monday 18 May 2015 ("Admission"). In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission its issued share capital will consist of 70,803,698 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
