Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity

             Exercise of options and warrants and issue of equity              

One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which
exploits intellectual property rights around music and video, announces that
500,000 options at an exercise price of 2.75p and 250,000 warrants an exercise
price of 1.5p have been exercised. The gross proceeds of the exercise amounts
to £17,500.

Accordingly, application has been made for 750,000 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on
or about 8.00 a.m. on 3 October 2013 ("Admission").

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the
Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission its
issued share capital will consist of 64,853,698 Ordinary Shares. The Company
does not hold any shares in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
