One Media, the profitable Netlabel, consolidator and acquirer of music and

video rights, announces that it has appointed Cairn Financial Advisers LLP as
its Nominated Adviser and is liaising with them to assist the Board in a
potential move to the AIM market in H1 2013.

 

 

One Media is continuing to look at the possibility of moving to the AIM market
on the back of a successful period which has seen the Company establish itself
as a leading digital distributor of nostalgic video and audio content.
