29 January 2014 One Media IP Group Plc ("One Media" or the "Group") Acquisition of Lumi Entertainment Ltd's Digital Revenue Stream Notice of Preliminary Results One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP) the digital media content provider which consolidates, exploits and monetises intellectual property rights around music and video, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the revenues and profits generated by the Lumi Entertainment Ltd ("Lumi") catalogue of rights ("The Catalogue") for a consideration of USD$75,000 (seventy five thousand US dollars). The Catalogue contains thousands of recordings performed by various artists and a variety of instrumental light music and classical content from over the last 50 years. The Catalogue is currently generating a modest level of income via its distributor, which the Group will further recompile with its own catalogue of 170,000 music tracks to gain further traction within the digital audio market. The Group would also like to take this opportunity to announce that it will be releasing its preliminary results for the year ended 31st October 2013 on the 19th February 2014.
