                   Notice of Proposed Change in Directorate                    

Norman Broadbent, a leading provider of executive search, leadership
consultancy and complementary recruitment services has today announced that
Pierce Casey has informed the board of the Company of his intention to retire
as Chairman and director on 30 June 2015.

His proposed retirement coincides with the successful completion of the
remodelling of the Company as referred to in the 17 November 2014 share
subscription announcement and as more fully articulated in the Chairman's
Statement in the 2014 results issued earlier today. Mr Casey has been
discussing his proposed retirement with the board for some time and to achieve
a seamless hand-over he and the board have been in talks with Scanes Bentley,
who is joining as a director of the Company with immediate effect as
Non-Executive Chairman elect. 

Mr Bentley is a non-executive chairman, non-executive director and strategic
advisor to a number of businesses and most recently was a partner for 12 years
at Accenture where in the last five years he was responsible for running the
Financial Services and TMT consulting practices in London. 

In view of his wide industry experience and large shareholding the board is
pleased to note that Mr Casey has offered to nominate through his private
investment office an experienced non-executive director in the short term.
