At the Annual General Meeting of Norman Broadbent plc to be held at 11:00am
today, Pierce Casey, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"Since reporting the financial results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on
28 May 2014, UK executive search and NB Interim Management have traded
satisfactorily. AGP (previously Arcus Global Partners), our bespoke contingent
and RPO offering, and Connecting Corporates, our digital offering, continue to
contribute growing revenues to the Group."
