Following the recent reconstruction Mr M R L Astor is now interested in a total
of 2,801,702 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 3.94% of
the issued class of capital (2.55% prior to the reconstruction).
The breakdown of the holding is as follows:
M R L Astor and D W Astor as co-Trustees of the M R L Astor 1995 Discretionary
Trust: 2,386,545 Ordinary shares (3.36%)
M R L Astor: 415,157 Ordinary shares (0.58%)
