Annual Accounts and Notice of AGM

The following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
("UKLA"):

  * The annual accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008; and
   
  * A circular containing the notice of the annual general meeting to be held
    on 1 October 2008.
   
The notice of annual general meeting includes, inter alia, a resolution
proposing the adoption of a new investment policy and a resolution proposing
the adoption of new Articles of Association.

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document
Viewing Facility which is situated at:
