Ordinary shares, Merchant Investors Assurance Company Ltd no longer has a
notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
Merchant Investors Assurance Company Ltd is owned by Sanlam Netherlands
Holdings BV, which is the European holding Company of the Sanlam Group.
