The Company was informed on 19 April 2004 that HSBC Bank Plc has an interest in
1,156,000 Ordinary shares of the Company, representing 3.14% of the issued
share capital. Of this interest, 75,000 of these shares are of the kind
described by Section 208(5) of the Companies Act 1985.
HSBC Holdings plc, being HSBC Bank plc's parent company, is also interested in
the above-mentioned shares.
