MONTANARO UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC
The Company has today been informed that following a sale of 1,000,000 Ordinary
shares on 6 June 2003, Merchant Investors Assurance Company Limited is now
interested in 5,375,457 Ordinary shares, representing 14.42% of the issued
Ordinary shares.
Following this transaction, Allianz (UK) Limited, Allianz AG and their
subsidiaries are interested in 17.45% of the issued Ordinary shares.
