The Company has today been informed that following a purchase of 500,000 shares
(representing 1.34% of the issued share capital) on 9 October 2002, East Riding
of Yorkshire Council now have an interest in 3,500,000 ordinary 10p shares of
the Company. This holding represents 9.39% of the issued share capital.
