The Company has today been informed that following a purchase of 400,000 shares
(representing 1.07% of the issued share capital) on 21 May 2002, East Riding of
Yorkshire Council now have an interest in 3,000,000 ordinary 10p shares of the
Company. This holding represents 8.05% of the issued share capital.
