The Company announces that on 4 August, Kate Bolsover, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 914 ordinary shares at a price of 535.91p each.
As a result of this transaction, Mrs Bolsover has a total interest in 1,669 ordinary shares representing 0.005% of the issued ordinary shares.
