MONTANARO UK SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC ("the Company")
The Company announces that James Robinson, a non-executive Director of the
Company, today purchased 4,000 ordinary shares at a price of £4.56p each.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Robinson has a total interest in 8,000
ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the issued ordinary shares. The shares
are jointly owned by JP and SE Robinson.
