The Company announces that Kate Bolsover, a non-executive Director of the
Company, today purchased 755 ordinary shares at a price of £4.63p each.
As a result of this transaction, Mrs Bolsover has a total interest in 755
ordinary shares representing 0.002% of the issued ordinary shares.
