The Company has today been informed that Roger Cuming, a Director of Montanaro
UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, purchased 5,000 Ordinary 10p shares
on 27 September 2010 at the price of 297.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Cuming is interested in a total of 5,000
Ordinary 10p Shares (representing 0.015% of the issued class of capital).
