Transaction in the Company's own shares

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 March 2013 it purchased
211,024 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 84.75 pence per
share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 47,571,998 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
