Transaction in the Company's own shares
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 21 March 2013 it purchased
250,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 80.00 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 47,783,022 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
