Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2012 it purchased
44,007 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 79.50 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 45,946,513 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
