Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 28 June 2013 it purchased
74,256 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.25 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 53,627,282 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
