Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2013 it purchased
90,915 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.25 pence per share
for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 53,701,538 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
