Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 16 August 2013 it purchased
120,209 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 85.25 pence per
share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 53,507,073 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
