Transaction in the Company's own shares
Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 29 August 2012 it purchased
269,294 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 76.75 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 46,245,967 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in
issue.
