Purchase of shares for cancellation
Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 23 May 2008, it purchased a
total of 488,269 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
89.046 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 21,387,446 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
