Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Company")
19 December 2007
Revocation of investment company status
On 13 December 2007, the Company announced the sale of its investment in
Ministry of Cake Limited, realising a capital gain.
As envisaged in the Prospectus, the Board intends to pay capital dividends to
shareholders once capital profits have been realised. The Board has therefore
decided that it is no longer appropriate for the Company to remain an
investment company and has revoked the Company's investment company status with
effect from 19 December 2007.
The Board will consider a capital distribution to shareholders as part of the
finalisation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year-ending 31 December
2007, and intends to announce its final results in early March 2008.
